This system is operated by SIXSHEET Group Co., Ltd. in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. Purpose of Data Collection and Use
We collect and process your personal data, including images and/or GIF files (video .mp4), for the following purposes:

Displaying your uploaded content on a BIG outdoor LED screen

Creating a shared and interactive public experience within the venue
2. Consent

By uploading your image or GIF, you provide explicit consent for us to use and publicly display your content

You acknowledge that your uploaded content may be visible to the general public

You may withdraw your consent during the data retention period by contacting us
3. User Responsibility
You confirm that:

You own the rights to the uploaded content or have obtained proper authorization

The uploaded content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or public morals

We reserve the right to remove or stop displaying any content deemed inappropriate without prior notice
4. Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded images and GIF files are securely stored within our system

Data is retained for no longer than 7 days from the upload date

After this period, the data will be automatically deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law
5. Data Disclosure

Uploaded content will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law

Data is used solely for display within our LED screen system
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
